Is it possible for me to make my account have 5x Exp rate or 10x Exp rate? Thanks!
 
Pretty late response, but no it is not possible on the live server. XP is interpolated, so as you level in a skill the xp you receive increases. It starts at 1x and maxes out at ~5x at level 99.
