started a new character

i started a new character, randomely placed by lumbridge castle but i already have 90% of the quests completed with 0 progress on any skills. hopefully my quests will eventually be reset for my fresh character?

This is to help players understand which quests are implemented or not. All are completed sure, but the ones that arent are implemented in the game.
